 This looks dope - I like it as a better alternative to shaving the tabs, cause you never know when you may want those tabs again.

 just mask it off and paint the bottom bit black that ll idid cut off as much as you can with a hack saw or a dremel the get sand and just go at then spray done can even tell on black ive done it a few check my folder

 No clue I don't have a driver right now so I haven't ridden it. I'v dialled it in as much as I can by just playing around with it tho.

 If I had a Talas 36 that was stuck at 160mm could you put it back to 100mm, or a 831 that's at 85mm back to 100mm? I have those options for forks but both need stuff done to them.

 hwipwill, you shouldn't run a talas fork lower than full travel for extended periods of time; damages the internals. Go 831.

 you could just rip out the talas guts and put in a float cartridge...
