What does this do for the frame, and what frame is it? It looks interesting

Allows to lay the carbon fiber fabrics and UD tapes freely, without need of adding resin layer by layer, the resin is infusioned afterwards during the vacum compression process. The frame is the Norland Cycles Retaliator prototype. Check my albums to see more about the project
