How did you stealth Reverb the post? I'm hearing a few different ways (looping back from the internally routed 'normal way', knocking out the bottom bolt on the down tube)
All carbon Stumpjumpers and Enduros model year 2014 and newer have routing for Specialized's Commandpost IR which also fits the reverb hose. This is a 2014 bike so I didn't have to do anything crazy fortunately.
Right. Didn't realise that. Can you remember where the entry and exit points on your old frame? I'd be surprised if they did a new molding for such a small change
Not a new mold, it's just a hole drilled by specialized. It's located on the downtube next to the lowest cable guide. Drilling your frame will void your warranty, though.
This is kinda what scares me, my race series has some sketchy stuff like downhill rock gardens and wooden features that some slower people walk, if I get held up behind one of them and can't clip out, I'm going down and it's going to hurt.
Tulips are like ski boots, when you crash they self detach, unless you go directly over the bar at a directly forward angle. I just meant I had to practice footout flatout with clips ahah.
I'll get used to it, I'm sure. Doing some road riding tonight, local trails tomorrow, throw some jumps in Sunday and maybe more local trails Monday, so that by Tuesday I'll be good.
