Violently excavated my intestines

 haha sounds painful

 wasn't too bad, it was just mud, no pointy rocks or anything. I bashed my knee later on though which is still hurting a lot

 i came off today aswell and the first time using my brand new urge helmet and rollede down a steep rocky slope and all thats on the helmet are a few scratches and a chip... well it deffinatly paid for itself, if i didnt have that helmet id be in hospital now garenteed. who doesnt love having a little paddle around in a big muddy puddle?

 I've only had a few prangs with this bike (read: I've not actually come off it) in the year and a half that I've owned it so this was a surprise. urge helmets look really nice

 haha i bet it was, yeah i know. the day i got it i could stop wearing it, can not fault it
