$07.01.2015. No fish-eye or photoshop. My sweet commuter got hit and bend. I was so lucky I got away of the crash with only minor fractures in both wrists. Pretty poor start of the season and the upcoming XC races are now a question mark due to injuries.$

Thanks bro. Healing slowly and in the meantime driving to my workplace. Funny how the commute, which was the best part of my day, suddenly becomes a real nightmare - the traffic is horrendous! Gonna be fitting the mudguards on my summer road bike and hopefully start riding very shortly....

Front mudguard already fitted. Rear one will go in tomorrow and the FREEDOM mode ON on Monday

Sorry to hear about the accident, glad you are going to be OK!.I'd rather take my chances in the woods. Last I checked rocks and trees don't make random u-turns!

I hit the car who decided to do a U-turn on a jammed road. Went over the bars and flew with the bike, landed clean on my wrists which are now in quite a pain and going through some colour changes. My bike looks a write-off on close inspection.
Dammit! :/

Well of course, it could always be worst... very annoyed however with poo(r) drivers and the fact my body is getting weaker each time something like that happens. Gonna need a new bike after closer inspection which is the only exciting part.
