no its not, the frame has never been broken or swapped for other frame parts, it is an 05

No, it is an 04. Look at the bottom bracket yoke. On the 05 it is even larger and more machined. It doesn't matter what year it is, it looks as though it's in awesome condition.

That frame, or at least the front triangle, is an 04.
