 f*ck that.....UPS is a huge company. Put on some good tunes and let them transfer/put you on hold/whatever. There's a reason you paid for the shipping. Accountability is everything in life an don't let them continue--who knows, it may save someone else's bike in the future. I suggest Nightmares on Wax Boiler room edit for the hold times.

 I'm not sure that's a battle worth fighting. I've heard nothing but negative things about their customer service.
