Is it me or do both Brandon and Brett not run gears anymore? Don't seem to see their shifters anywhere

They just use the limit screws on their rear derailleurs to put their setup into whichever gear they feel necessary. No shifter/cable/housing weight and no need to worry about a mess of cables.
