Course medic, Brice Thouret takes some time to enjoy himself high in stage three. Anyone who has raced Trans-Provence will likely know Brice as he has worked on that race too for a couple of years - he's well-renowned as a good doctor, but he's also pretty handy on a bike and would show a fair few of the racers how it's done if he weren't working this weekend.
