What do you mean?

 @Kashima: Oh I see! Well, it's not quite blacked out, just a lot darker. But that's purely down to the fact this was shot early evening and the sun sets directly behind the trees in the background. So when it's sitting just above them, it lights up the foreground (the hip/Jackson), but not the trees behind. That's about it, aside from a few minor highlight tweaks, this is as the photo was out of camera
