@kinny-pb: thanks man...! it's easy, just takes about 25 mins or so, so you can bake the fish while you do the risotto. Then fish go under the broiler for just a few when it's done. Fish is marinated in italian dressing (Ken's) for about 30 min. Take fish out of marinade and put in a small baking dish and top with shredded parmesean cheese. bake for about 20 mins. you should be working your risotto while the fish bakes. Wink and having a beer or two while doing so. you're less than a couple hours from the coast so not sure what fresh fish you can get your hands on but fresh is best of course. a good local white fish used for fish and chips would prob be nice Smile

I have a good method for yorkshire puddings as well. Have to do another roast sometime though Wink

@adm750: Cheers buddy. I'll be sure to make it as another dinner idea. I get fed up eating the same stuff all of the time.

And I love Yorkshire puddings with my roasts too. I usually have Sunday roasts as it's tradition here in the UK.

@kinny-pb: sweet...! a friend of mine in Cotswolds kept badgering me that I should make Yorkshires so I gave it a go a couple times. They were a big hit !!

@adm750: Yorkshire puddings are underrated. I'm glad you like them. I always eat them last when I have a roast as they're one of the best parts of the meal, lol.

@adm750: Thankfully the industry has moved forward this last ten years. Even the pizza is yummy. There is still some very bad bread out there, though...
