Lol, Smile Another little treat to relieve the stresses of the day. Wink Nice work adm750! Wink

Looking forward to a bbq with the family and a few neighbours this afternoon myself. Looks like it's shaping up to be a nice sunny day for it over here. B)

Only a few drinks to wash it down this time, Frown Southern Comfort with Coke on the rocks and some ice cold Bud's but in the back of my mind I'll be thinking of a fat cigar. The Corvette Zippo is a nice touch too. Have a good one Buddy.

 hey thanks man !
hoping the bbq went well. I love those times. Family, friends, a few drinks, and cooking. SC and Coke is a nice drink. I do like those.

The Corvette Zippo was obtained years ago (like almost 25 years ago...!). We had gotten a red/red '89 Vette for my wife when we lived in Florida. That was her daily driver. We would cruise backroads out to the coast for a few drinks and some food. Maybe we'd stop along the way at a scenic spot and enjoy a joint. Needed a good lighter Wink

Yes, enjoyable bbq, thanks Buddy. Wink Nothing better than that kind of get together.

Lol, Smile I still have my limited edition Rizla embossed Zippo from enjoying a nice spliff back in the day. Can't let my trusty lighter go either but yeah, actually a long time ago than it feels when remembering those fun times.

Driving down the coast sounds awesome, living the dream and enjoying life to the full with a cool set of wheels as a bonus.

man...that's great to hear. Glad the 'q went well. I do enjoy those times. Smile

that Rizla zippo would be pretty sweet. I actually did not know they were a paper company. Do not let that go.

Like ours, we do not have the Vette anymore, and may never have another one, but that little lighter brings back fond memories of her and I living just her and I. tup

The Vette was definitely fitting. It was a phenomenal road car, an unexpectedly fantastic GT, and I do believe we enjoyed it to the fullest. (then we had kids lol )

Tell me about it. Smile After having a kid I drive around in a horrible people carrier/station wagon?, about the most uncool car ever. Not bad for throwing my bike in the back but would be happy to trade in for something fast and leave the family at home.

I suppose now we just do taxi driving here and there staring at everyone else enjoying cruising around in their nice sporty vehicles. Frown

dude...I totally get it. right now that is our job...driving cars we'd never have if we didn't have kids. Almost like a right of passage or some high level sick ass idea of revenge. lol

But I'm all about the wagons...! I absolutely loved my wagon. I'd be all over a little compact diesel. hahaha. total sleeper, footie dad taxi, with a bike rack. Wink

I'd actually really dig a 60's American wagon.... I had a '68 Impala Coupe back in the day, and I'd defo take the wagon version. Too many cars man....simply too many cars I'd like to have.

Have a GREAT weekend reaper...! Beer

Totally agree, I wouldn't change a thing. Yeah over here I've always been into the 'hot hatch' and a few old vintage cars, Ford's, Mk I and II Escorts, Lotus Cortina, Lotus Sunbeam, etc.

Seems you've owned some pretty cool cars over the years. Do like the Impala's and quite a few others that I don't know so well as only based on stuff I've seen on Pimp My Ride and so on.

Absolutely loved the old Ford pickup truck that the team customised behind Chip Foose's back and unveiled to him at SEMA.

Out riding my bike this weekend and looking forward to just pedalling along and chatting about life with a few good friends!

Take it easy and you have a great weekend too adm750! Wink
