I asked them to weld it in just for this frame and 2 others. The seatpost is cut down very short and then welded in. I just wanted less parts and a cleaner look and it is lighter.

 the pivotal post is pretty interesting, never saw this on a dirtbike, only at the scott carbon race bikes. is it much lighter? or what was the consideration doing this on a dirtbike?

 Thanks. It is a 36 Float cut down to about 90 or 100mm and the pivotal post is welded in on only a couple of bikes.

 i like voltage 2006-2008 mutch more.
