The one you shared the link it's not like there's a forbidden sign or anything on the trail. It's in a national protected area though, so they do not push this trail for mountain biking, which i think is fine. A junction of this trail is closed fro everybody due to landslide. But there are few trails forbidden, as the landowner/farmers were not ok with it.

@bike-kingdom-lenzerheide: i wasn't there all the time. Mainly in the beginning and when it was really testride ready the snow arrived earlier

It's the brand new Lord of the Rims Trail in Bikepark Bellwald. Lower Part is called Into the Wild!
Can't wait to ride it, as it wasn't open so far due to the big amounts of snow we had on top!
