yea the helmet rule is stupid IMO and many others, no picture is going to persuade ANYONE to wear a damn helmet if they dont wana wear it there not going to wear it... it all boils down to your friends, if your riding with a bunch of people that dont wear helmets, chances are your not going to either... pictures dont mean shit
