its only Mythic in the UK, Banshee is able to sell as "banshee" into the rest of Europe

the reason? the UK's largest cycle retailer "halfords" sells a "Carrera Banshee" and has good corporate lawyers....

it is. because of copyright issues, banshee is mythic in europe
