I love a cheesecake. Plain old NY cheesecake from a backstreet diner was the best I've ever had compared to any I've had here. 10 out of 10 just based on the pic and that it's homemade Buddy.

@bkchef2000: I dig just a plain old plain one as well. such clean flavors. I really have enjoyed making these things and trying to improve / perfect / just get it to not come out like shit
