 No, sanding it would have taken forever. 10 minutes with an angle grinder and a polishing wheel and it was done.

 i mean the seat clamp area, some dobermanns i seehave it like 4-5 inches from the toptube, and some the seatclamp is touching the toptube, any particular reason?>

 My old frame was the same as this one, so maybe the pre-2008 frames had a longer seat tube. I doubt that it was 4-5 inches though.

 wot type of bb do u need for this, wot king hav u got, like make and price?

 You need a Euro BB for this bike. The BB I am using is a profile racing 19mm euro bb, and it retails for about $90 Canadian.

 Yup. Factory paint. The guys at Dobermann will do just about any colour you can imagine for you.

 what sort of brakes are those?

 The one in the picture was a hayes 9 from 2005. It has since been retired for an Avid Juicy 5 with a straitline lever. I am gonna upload a new pic of the bike whenever I get a chance to finish painting the fork lowers.

 I used an angle grinder on the post. I did about 5 light passes along the post before it fit.
