It's actually a full carbon frame with alumnum bonded in dropouts. I actually rode this thing around. It's pretty sick!!!

Normally I couldn't care less about a bikes color, but in this case it is way too bland. I think if I rode it the color of it would bore me to sleep.

Haha dude if you read the article, you'll see that it's a concept bike. That means it's probably made out of some plastic/clay with a coating/whatever like when you see a concept car in a car show. It's really to just see the shape or idea, the finished version will have a real paintjob if it's something they actually decide to produce.

I know, it's wood coated in fiberglass usually. But presentation is key in any project. It's just matte grey/blue.

Haha okay cool, I didn't think you saw the article just spotted the photo. Maybe it's a stealth bike like those airplanes, that could explain the bland paint job hehe.
