Just spent $1k on a 3d printer.. So that project is still in motion.

 @swan3609: what printer did you get?? 3k is pretty high end, I've been looking at the Bamboo X1 Carbon with the AMS for $1500, a buddy has one and gives it glowing reviews

 @badbadleroybrown: Bambu P1s with the AMS. 1k was my hard limit and Everything I read was that the P1s did everything the X1c would do just in a cheaper body and with a lesser screen and lamer camera. But functionality was all the same.

 @swan3609: Hell yeah, that's a kick ass unit and I've heard pretty much the same things... all good feedback. You'll have to let me know how it goes! From what I've heard, they're the most user friendly, by far, of all the printers on the market now... that's what really killed the hype on 3d printing for me, too much setup bullshit and inconsistencies from one day to the next, spending more time fixing shit than printing shit.
