It is really sad how often I see this. It is even more sad that people here are so lazy that they think this is a good idea.

 Lol I never seen that up here in Canada! But we sort of did something like this, when we were in the bush getting firewood and found a dead bear and our dogs (look like the same kind in the pic!) rolled in it (seriously), so they stunk like hell so we just let them run alongside the van home, there`s no way we would let them in a 5 by 5 space!

 i know somebody that did that with a big huskie...going 60km/h saw a deer on other side and dog ran in front of the car...guy ran over his own dog.

 dude if i was american i would tape a stick to the top of the dog and like a foot infront of him would be food. He will jump around and walk and you never have to leave ur front lawn.
