I'm impressed if anyone can tell the headangle based on that picture seeing as the back wheel, out of shot, is lower than the front. The discs are also non-floating; The 4 bolt mounting is part of the hub.

nope, those 4 bolts are there cos its a floating rotor. you cant see the attachment to the hub

Its a hope pro-III, uses a different disk brake standard, uses four bolts... as per the picture
