Frame looks nice, but the fork is too much
  • 3 3
It's at 180mm. How is that too much?

sick saint cranks mate, did you spray them or can you buy them like that ?
  • 1 0
Unfortunetly I am not aware of shimano making them in white. Although they do look nice, I have to say the powdercoating of cranks is nowhere near as durable as the annodised finish. But yes, they are custom painted, then have a moto vinyle graphic attached to protect the finish.

well its not meant to take that much travel and screw i can strip a 40 damper wid my eyes closed (does look nice tho Razz )

Sorry for the original harsh comment, but unsubstantiated comments need addressing.

Be able to strip a 40 ‘with your eyes closed’ has nothing to do with having an understanding of material constraints and mechanical loading forces. If you bothered to read the article I wrote to link into this build you’ll see how much effort went into specing and designing this rig and speaking to the right people directly.

I won’t bother repeating any of the information I have already posted, but what I will say is I ran this setup for 18months without a problem. The frame is still running fine and the current owner is very happy with his purchase I believe.

Just a shame my Factory Sunday doesn’t look anywhere near as pimp.

ok then no bother its just i no that the 07 one used to snap from using 8" and i can change the bottome out and shim stack in 40s probaly not with my eyes closed but never the less, and i thourt u might have changed the travel aswell ,soz for waisting ur time
