no they should keep selling the over built one (the 2006 to 08 one) for all round use or for those people who like the over built one and sell this one too for people who likes to ride light bikes and street looks frame and they could just call the over built one Jackal freeride and this one Jackal Street/dj.

This is his slalom setup. The one you have there is his DJ setup. And then he also has a park setup.

Actually this is his slopestyle build. FR 2350s, front brake routed through the head tube, Holzfellers, etc. The singlespeed version is his dirt jump bike. I saw the original post on blackbox labs.

the old one was over built for its intended use. it was more like a free ride hardtail than a dirt jumper. The new one is lighter and more nimble.

I seem to remember the description of the old jackal frame specifically including dirt-jumping as its primary use.

i agree completely, the old frames were unique to any bike. they are so much better and unique

it was harder to do no foot cans on the old one. thats one of the reasons why they changed it. plus it was HEAVY

i have the old one and it doesnt realy bother me from doing no foot can. the only thing i cant do is one foot can and its not because of the hump but its becuase im short. but ye every one have deferent style of doing there tricks so ya. and please dont comment back, saying i cant even do no foot can because you dont have a photo of me doing so. i dont have a photo because i dont have any rider mates that ride with meto take photo and my only mate that ride dont realy ride much any more.
