Wow that looks alot like the new dhr and the commencal...Linkage is different on the dhr though

A lot different, the comical and this are linkage driven single pivots whereas the swingarm is seperate by the nature of a DW link.

The commencal linkage faces a slightly different direction iirc, and anyways, there are only so many ways to attach a swingarm to a frame.

You're going to see this design alot in the future, DH finally comes to terms with the fact that motorbikes had this all figured out 15 years ago. single pivot + progressive shock link and speed sensitive shocks. Notice how every dirtbike manufacturer other than ktm runs the same system? it works.
