 well considering most pro riders are under contract they dont decide when they want to leave.... and what makes you think its a better bike thomas designed that bike, clearly it was what he wanted, seeing the flatline is one year old and the revolt is brand new im pretty sure you have no time on either of them

 The Flatline has known problems with the links interfearing with the frame. With the amount of R&D Evil does to it's bikes and the number of proto's they test, there is very, very little chance anything will go even slightly wrong with it as a frame. As far as the contract goes, you can bail on most contracts, but a lot of them charge you a lot of what they paid you to do so and don't continue to pay the rest of it either. Most people don't do it because it usually screws you, but you can if you really want to.
