That's what I told him. They should be warrentied anyways, so if they break he can get new ones.

Usually with warranty you don't need to buy new ones, they just give you a new pair.

Could be a scratch, but it's also on the weld so it could be a crack. Mike I'd take that in to towheels just to make sure it's not a crack.
