that seems to be the least impressive intense build i've seen for pro racing... them wheels aren't all that good either.
does anyone know why they have thicker insides to the spokes? is it to relieve stress or something???

That is a high end build so I don't know how it's not impressive. She's sponsored by Crank Bros so that's why she would have those wheels. The thicker inner spokes are the actual nipples. They extend out from the hub and connect to the spokes.

fair play to the spec mate but for an intense i usually see them pretty gnarly looking, this looks like an uprated garyfischer
