The frame is an overhyped single pivot piece of crap, I agree. The fork is quite nice though.

4 bolts hold the shock tower on. its not hard to remove the 4 to clean your shock.

I suppose, but for a quick clean you could just spray up the inside of it. I agree, its a lame place for a shock, but its still workable.
