Do you know if the 2010 rear hubs are still 135 x 12?
Or have they gone to a 150 now?

The 2010's are 135mm x 10mm just like the 2009's. I dont think specialized ever did a 12mm rear dropout.

What is the benefit of the direct mount? Should I get rid of my T6 stem to get one or ride it? That is a beautiful ride!

Direct mount gets you lower, its lighter, requires less steerer tube, and mounts directly to the top crown, it is stiffer, if you fork is direct mount compatible, it is something that you want to take advantage of and use.
You can use the stem you have, but the direct mount one would be better.

If you dont like the Hopes, I will buy them from you as a spare set for the price you pay for them from chain reaction. You will not be disappointed with them, everyone that has them, loves them. Search around on the forums, they are great hubs, Hadleys are nice, but they are kinda over priced in my opinion.

I had the 09 40, I am going to give the coil and oil boxxer a try, who knows, i may go with a 40 again if i dont like it.
