It's actualy awesome, the extra pedal power is mint, an you dont have the draw backs from being cliped in.

For those of us old enough to know better, the problem with these is the minute ya take ya foot out, they drop down with the weight of them and make perfect traps for hooking onto roots. That really is one of the funniest things i have seen in ages.
