So, over all, how much did it cost you to build this ramp? And how many pieces of ply wood did you need? I might build one near my house...we have a sand pit that would be awesome for this!

To be honest I can't remember, depending on your resourcefulness you can save money. And you Probably need 3 full sheets of plywood for the sides. 2 for the main walls, than you can probably get both the lower ends cut out of the 3rd piece. And we used some as connectors to attach the walls of plywood.

Do you have the pattern to build this ramp? I need a pattern so I can build stuff like this at home. Let me know. Killer job on this jump! Wow

Pretty much you just need to know that it's a 9 foot radius. So take a 9 foot string, attach it to a point at one end and attach a pencil on the other, and spin the radius along a sheet of plywood. You will probably need to use more than one sheet of plywood. This particular jump is too lippy, as in we didn't cut it low enough down and the end of the curve is too steep, so you might have to play around with how tall it should be. Use 2x4s or whatever to brace where the curved surface is going to lie across as the ride-able face of the jump. I forget the thickness of the plywood required for the surface, but try and use the thickest one possible that will still bend without cracking. Remember you can help bend the wood by pouring water over the wood to warp it. The jump is 4 feet wide which should be good enough. And most importantly, always use screws, never nails unless you want it to fall apart
