number 1- shit has not shadow i now you are going to say she is in the shadow of the bowl and she want have one

the sun was directly over head and she's standing in an over-vert pocket.

number 2 - the guys shadow on the bike is going thought her??? tell me how that works she would have blocked half of his shadow if she was standing there go out side and test in if you like

I'm on the over-vert part with the sun above me therefore my shadow has been cast over her

number 3- unless she is the small chick going around she is so out of proportion its not fun

She's 5'2 and I'm 6'4 so of course there's going to be a size difference
why would I photoshop my own girlfriend into a photo? haha

basically saying if two people are in the way of each other.. and you cast a light on them which goes on to a wall.. their shadows will not overlap?

Well your wright but theres also another factor Mr. dumbass didn't look at. If you look, The bowl line of shade cuts off around her feet, so there would only be a shadow of her feet. because there is no sun light on her therefor you wont see that in a shadow. and if you do look you can see the shawdow of her leg, If you look at the shadow, you see the guys arms and the bars, but on odd big like in the middle, that's shaped exactly like her leg. in essence this isn't photoshopped and would be a waste of time to photoshop.

yeeeh i gave up arguing.... unfortunately pinkbike is now filled with little 12 year old shits that all seem to be experts on photography and photoshop now... so i guess they can all tell a doctored photo from a real one... ah well... haha

I don't know why you are making a big deal about the shadow? If you hold one hand out to make a shadow, then put your other hand on top of it, you don't get two shadows... you get one merged shadow which is what is on the floor is it not?

If you look closely shes not in the light properly, so therefore no shadow will be cast, you can see this clearly by looking at her arm and her leg which is lite up a bit by the sun and this shadow is over lapped by the rider.

Deffo not a PS, the sunlight is directly above, the rider is on his side to the sun. She is also in a lot of his/bowls shade, but you can see the sun hitting her hair, and her leg. She isn't out of proportion either... my gf is 5 ft tall (and before you ask she is not a kid, she is 21 and she isn't a dwarf or a midget either!) :-)

On second inspection, the shadow of her leg is sharper than his shadow (could just be because she is closer to the ground?)

And, you can see the sun hitting her arm, surely this should be shadowed by the rider?

I'm confused!
