Hardly used so working as-new, few marks from storage, includes block for front wheel. Magnetic resistance, 8 resistance levels from the handlebar mounted lever, fold it flat for storage.

Trek Alpha 1.1 road bike, good entry level bike all in decent condition. Pedals have come off a mountainbike so are a bit scuffed but everything else is tidy. Spare pair of tires included.

Selling this great bike for the usual reason; just not using it, only been ridden twice in 12 months so it needs to go! All in good condition, the usual marks from usage but nothing major. Brakes need a professional bleed ideally. Quite a long bike so a medium fits me fine at 6 foot. Specs as follows: Frame & Fork: Devinci Wilson 2017 Medium, Alu front end, carbon rear. Invisiframe kit since new so VGC underneath, invisiframe has some marks and bubbles now Rock Shox Vivid R2C - with Ti spring Marzocchi 380 C2R2 - Ti medium spring, firm also included Drivetrain: Saint Cranks Hope chainring Saint Shifter Zee Short cage mech DH close range cassette Chainguide, E13 IIRC Cockpit & Controls: Burgtec RW bars Hope direct mount stem & head-doctor TLD grips Saint brakes & rotors Thomson seat post WTB saddle Straitline pedals Wheels: Front: DT Swiss 570 on MDK hub Rear: Hope tech DH rim on hope pro 2 Tyres; WTB Convict 2.5" Any questions give me a shout, would consider delivering it within ~50 miles.

Pinkbike Poll: Who is the Most Stylish Mountain Biker of All Time?
Yeah for sure, whenever I watch someone like Brett Reeder pulling ludicrous slopestyle tricks at the top of the game yet he’s just missing that special something that Semenuk has. For me it’s all the little bits and pieces like drifts and nose bonks or funky body position or whatever that make it look so good.

Video: 3 Exercises to Relieve Low Back Tightness
One of the best ways you can reduce or eliminate back pain is by making your lower back muscles stronger. And the best way to do that is doing heavy deadlifts and squats. It sounds almost counterintuitive but with proper technique (and that’s even more critical if you have back pain already) it makes a massive difference. I totally cured mine in about 6 weeks.

Shimano XT M785 brake set in great condition. Not quite immaculate but very close, slight scratch on one lever and tiny bit of rub on one of the hose outers. Original pads about 50% worn. Hose lengths: 80cm & 135cm Probably need a bleed or a top up as they have not been used/on a bike for 6+ months. £80 inc postage to UK. £75 to collect near Kidderminster

Saris Bones 2-Bike Strap-On Rack - Review
Have the original version of this, pretty annoying rack TBH. 1) the arms are too fat, so if your bike has a linkage or shock in the way ts hard to get it to fit, 2) the arms are tapered which makes previous issue worse, since ideally you want your bike as close to the car as possible. 3) the straps are in a fixed position, again making it hard to slide a bike on and position just where you want 4) easy to over tighten and dent your car. OK this last one is user error but still annoying.

SRAM's New DUB Cranks and Bottom Brackets - First Look
So are we even going to discuss the likelihood that they manufacture these things to 0.01mm tolerances? Like f#ck they do and this just stinks of marketing bullshit i.e. we tested every possible diameter and would you believe it but 28.99 was objectively better than 28.98 or 29.00 mm. I mean as if it’s realistically any better than existing 30mm. Then slap a new acronym on it and sell the exact same shit as before only incompatible.
