knife show's magic flashlights, is a short snowboard movie that uses the same effect during the movie, it looks sweet! nice editing however you do it!

No it is done with a long shutter speed, cant remember how shes not blurred photoshop? Was a program on tv about this ages ago.

Wouldnt you normally see the person in the background of the other letters? Of do you edit that out post?

You just put the flash on, it exposes the back ground and makes everything really bright for a moment, and then assuming you don't have anything producing light behind the person, once they move they will have nothing to expose them, so they won't be blurred or ghost like.
