My broken Hope V2 disk :(

 i do pedalkicks on my demo.. with the brake blocked. and so .. never broke a spider.. mate of mine runs m6 with alu spider rotors on his trials bike.. thats even more abuse.. i did warn him about this.. but he hasn't any problems yet..

ik had net het zelfde schijfeje maar dan in het goud :p
en bij is het hele middelste stuk naar de haaien
geen scheurtjes eh helemaal gebroken ik heb het middelste stuk in 7kleine stukjes :p

 typisch -_- ze hebben mij gewoon doodleuk verteld dat het verkeerd gemonteerd was f*ckers

 what are those marks in the middle of the arms? looks like it took a beating off something rubbing

 thats nothing bad really, caused by a bolt that was sticking out of the adapter, I replaced the bolt with a shorter one, it has nothing to do with the disk breaking

 ahh just looked as if something was hitting it quite hard which may have caused the cracks but if the bolt was replaced early then it shouldnt have caused them

 this same thing happend to my hope floating rotor, 4 cracks where the outer disk is riveted onto the centre. and that was using a 2 pot shimano deore XT.

 could also be that it has been rubbing on the disc mount tabs at some point

 don't think so, the screws were still tight and the size matches the holes perfectly (used the screws that came with the disk)

 i said it before, I've driven floating disks before. they are nothing but misery
