Yeah they r but so worth it. I got hurt pretty bad right before I bought it and said I wouldn't ride without one again.

Thank you guys. But u best be careful...lol. My man is on here. LOL!! I did get to experience my new gear in action and it works great. I got up laughing. I have been so fearful but not so much anymore. Course I didn't fall all that hard but still. It was enough to change my mind.
