absolutely no reason to hate on the shermans, solid and not a bad weight... when they came out everyone had one... think about it
  • 2 1
im thinking about it, and they feel exactly how they look.
  • 1 0
And I think they look good? I dont really care about your opinion man if you have 1250$ to give me to buy a fox 831 then go!
  • 1 0
and then again, manitou are different from one to the other! like my friend as the same fork as me and it feels like shit! and mine feel pretty good?
  • 1 2
hey just so you know the fox 831 is $831 dollars not 1250 and never was 1250. thats partly why its called and 831 and because thats the santa cruz area code. so get your shit straight.

  • 1 1
or just buy the slx's you weight weinnie Razz LOL idk bmx cranks is just what id do
  • 2 0
Slx are good cranks, nice and light and real good price.
  • 1 0
also micro dive, and slam your back wheel.
  • 1 0
YES! at least do that. tup
  • 1 0
 It is slam?
  • 1 0
its slammed? also micro gear that shit! tup
  • 1 0
nah why would i do that? my chainring is light as F*ck lol, and yes it is.
  • 1 1
cuz micro gearing is SEXY!!! Drool and you might be getting a new crank, so thats something to keep in mind Blank Stare
  • 1 0
lol so it would be cool i cut the tab off and put a micro gearing lol. probleme is.. I need a new back wheel and I dont have much money for stupid things like that lol
  • 1 0
NO! Facepalm omg nvm, all i said is consider it, and if you go with a mtb crank you dont have to cut off the tabs . . many people have left them. also w/e buy a back wheel then Rolleyes goddamn then y did you ask. if you need a new back wheel -.-
  • 1 0
Cuz my back wheel wasnt all f*ck up before i ask it lol
  • 1 0
Facepalm lol what'd you do now? -.-
  • 1 0
I dont know lol it is just f*cking loose and bent.. and i straighten it like 4 time in 2 week and it i still loose and bent lol and idk why but it bent my disc too.. and the spoke are at the right tension?.. and the rim is just super flexy, i don't like it lol

In order of importance: swap the crank for SLX or XT (if you can afford it), the stem for Thomson or Sunline V1 AM, and eventually the rear wheel to match the front one.
  • 2 0
Lol, I'm not getting a new stem that one is brand new.
  • 1 4
 It's a tank, that's why I recommend replacing it.
  • 2 0
 holzefeller? they are like 209g..
  • 1 4
My Sunline V1 AM is 146g and my Thomson is 151g.
  • 2 0
lol, may not be as strong as a holzfeller tho?
  • 2 0
But seriously, how much weight do you think my bike will lost by replacing my crank with an slx's?
  • 1 3
I guarantee that both of the stems I listed are as strong (if not stronger) than the Holzefeller.

Look up the weight for the SLXs on Sicklines.com and assume that your cranks probably weigh about 800 or 900g with the BB.
  • 2 0
well rattsl Slx's weight 736g with bb and chanring.. I dont think my crank are that light? even if they are xc crank lol.
  • 1 4
 900g is not light.
  • 2 0
For you,but for me its light enough lol.. but if I can get a slx for a good price, I'll probly get one.
  • 2 3
Who cares its a stem and bar on a DJ bike. Not everybody has 150 dollars for a stem or a bar those are the 2 things you can go cheaper on for jumping. If youre going to spend that kind of money put it into the fork and save more weight than a bar and stem change would, and actually notice a difference. Its not a race bike, a few grams don't matter on these kind of bikes. But it looks awesome so far, nice build man.

Dude, he asked for suggestions. Simmer down.
