i've used a front is-post mount adaptor for a 160mm front rotor and put it on the rear, it worked find for my 140 rotor

haha, if u really need to, gring down the post from your current rear adaptorr, learn to ghetto fix everything it saves you lots of green lol

avid makes a 140 rotor and adapter
