why are the frames different (where the top tube meets seat tube) ? is it just a size thing ?

Yep, mine's a small and Rob's is a medium. On the smalls the top tube attaches straight to the seat tube, where as the meds, lrg and XL are like Robs

Thanks. Used my 'hot rod' lawn mower with it's ported and polished head, flowed inlet manifold and straight through exhaust !!! Bwaaarppp....
