Intense 951. Top spec, one off DH Bike

$2400 GBP
Up for sale. Totally one off Intense 951 with many custom parts. This bike has literally been ridden 6 times. The condition reflects this and is almost as new. The frame is in near perfect condition, no dents, cracks, or scratches. As you'll see from the photos and spec list there are a number of parts on this bike that you simply cant buy. The brakes and wheels are complete one-offs. The brakes have all been colour codes with blue lever blades, blue bores caps and the most unique parts are the 'Fox' logo'd top caps. The wheels are also totally one-offs. The Pro-2 hubs again have 'Fox' logos etched on to them. These in turn have been laced via DT Swiss Competition Black spokes with black DT Swiss Pro-lock nipples onto unique Mavic DeeMax rims. These rims are Mavic 823's which have been professionally powder coated and custom Mavic DeeMax decals. Having run 'Team Only' DeeMax rims before from Mavic sponsored riders, they have regularly ran 823's coloured and logo'd due to their increased strength. Search around for custom Hope product, you may find Team Green Hope stuff for sale, but you will NEVER see any Hope parts like these. I have spec'd this bike up as my 'dream bike', but unfortunately don't have the time or opportunity to use it. This bike was not ridden at all last year. It needs to go to someone who appreciates it for an ultimate Downhill bike, this is NOT a knocked together out of old parts build, this is your chance to one of the pimpest DH bikes ever built; FACT. Full spec list as follows: Frame: 2010/11 Intense 951 (small) Fork: Fox 40 (WC Decals) including Hope Fox 40 Integrated Top Crown in blue Shock: Fox DHX RC4 Headset: Hope Step Down low stack Seat clamp: Intense Brakes: Hope Tech M4 (totally one-offs, forget your Team Green Hope stuff, you wont see another set like these) Disk rotors: Hope Floating 203mm F&R (blue) R/Shifter: Shimano XTR R/Mech: Shimano XTR Cassette: Shimano Cranks: Race Face Diabolus Chainguide: e.13 LG1+ Chainring: Renthal Chain: SRAM Bars: Race Face Atlas 1/2 inch rise Stem: Hope Fox 40 Integrated Top Crown Grips: Charge Seatpost: SDG I Beam Seat: SDG I-Fly Wheels: Hope Pro 2 laced onto Mavic DeeMax/823 rims with DT Swiss Competition spokes with Pro-lock nipples Tyres: Maxxis High-Roller Extras: I have all original boxes etc that can come with the purchase. Should you wish to view this bike my good friends at Peddlers in Redcar have kingly agreed to display the bike in store. Check it (and the store) out here http://www.peddlers-cycles.co.uk/ Could possibly deliver if located in the North of England (please ask) Any questions drop me an email chrisjackson (at) extrauk.co.uk (UK Intense Importers) NB Please, no silly offers
