Let me guess, superstar 10mm quick release axel! one which did the same and then the warranty replacement did the same!

Happened with my transition 10mm solid qr. just use a hammer until you get a bolt on

I can off of the frame maybe with a rubber mallet haha, but i don not know about the hub.
