Well, this set was about 20 hours of work from someone who charges probably >$50 an hour for a prototype fork that's since been disassembled. I'm sure you could find somewhere to do a similar job for a reasonable amount but I'm sure it'd be cheaper and easier to just buy these. I know the damper and crowns have already been put into another fork for one of the shops riders but the lowers are still available I'm pretty sure. The tech who built the fork is actually going to be by my place later today, if you're interested I can ask him how much he wants for them.
