SDG seat was falling apart, so I tore off the cover and padding and sanded it down and ripped out non-essential fiddly bits. Not too bad comfort wise, good for DH, but wouldn't chuck it on an XC bike :D

That's pretty cool man Big Grin Sdg bel air? Mine has a tendency to rip on the sides where the bike is constantly lent up against walls etc
Do you know the weight of it without padding?
Thanks buddy

That isn't bad at all, very low in fact Big Grin I'm tempted to give this a try and smarten the skeleton up a bit - bit of a project I guess

Going to use epi-filler and cover up the holes/gaps to make it smooth, then use some type of adhesive to put another cover on hopefully with my logo.
