I knew when I was in the air that things were not going to turn out well and tried like hell to pull out of it. Almost had it, but almost don't count when you end up effed up. But hey, what can you do? The Super-D at Post is this weekend and I will be helping out with the Continental tent near the Double Mtn. Brewery. Come say hey if you are in the area.

 I'm working on it. I had all the staples removed yesterday which that was a huge relief, feels so much better. I will get some pics of the plates and screws on my next visit. They look pretty wicked.

 Thanks Mike, I appreciate your well wishes. Just getting the staples out made my arm feel so much better and the swelling has gone way down. I will be back on it soon enough.

 Yeah that is the general consensus. I'm staying positive, drinking good beer and looking forward to getting back on the bike.
