 It seems that if they are skidding right there, that their front tire would be over the lip... (the very tip of the skid mark)

 calling it a bitch run imo makes you sound like you could do better? especially with the wind that bad it wouldn't consider them bitch runs.

 No, when riders are hitting something for the first time and taking a few practice runs up to the lip to get a feel for it, they're called "bitch runs" Maybe not overly polite but deal with it, that's the way it is... You're entitled to your opinion though...
