Yeah, it's made by 3M and it's called Scotchgard. Go to your local autobody shop and ask them for rock chip tape.

Flat out 8-min runs without any noticeable fade... It definitely gets warm but the damping stays truly consistent.

Nope, never tried an Elka... Their distinctive "click" doesn't really make it very tempting either

Well, I can tell you the Elka Stage 5 and Stage 4 cartridge are amazing. Not because I am biased but due to comparing it to my 40 and friends boxxer with the Sage 4 equipped.
