I don't get the new rear discs. Good thing the bike is so awesome !

Yeah I noticed in Champery that they were running the HS1 front but the "old" G3 for the Codes in the rear ... Any one knows why ?

Maybe they were running 220mm discs at the rear?

Vibration, you need he heavy duty discs in the rear or else it sounds like chewbacca when you brake.

Nah, they're ordinary 200 mm discs, Minaar had them only for Champery and la Bresse. I think it's for extra rigidity like the saint discs

and probably for heat distribution also

The new HS1 are supposed to remove all the vibration stuff on the G3, so I really don't know why ...

Heat distribution, same thing, according to SRAM the new disc is better on that part ... Don't know about extra rigidity though

Old design looks like it is better at clearing mud from the pads.

The rear disc is a G2, not a G3...just pointing it out...

Also interesting to note that he was running an Elixir front caliper and Code rear.
