Curl your right hand forward around the grip and pull it into your left armpit You'll find it easier to learn on a left-hand hip so you can swing your hips out to the right and the bike will naturally want to come up when you bend your legs. Hope that helps.
Just on that ^ How do you teach your wrist/hand to curl around instead of tilt like I am in the photo above? I'm finding it very difficult to move my hand around the bar :/
