I know that the photo is pretty noise and not perfect quality as to what you are used to seeing on here but the style on this bad boy makes up for it.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The noise looks decent at 800px, almost like film grain. You should experiment with black and white processing on anything bigger since digital noise is made up of RGB dots - It will really help suppress the effect. You probably already know this but it helps to hear it from someone else sometimes
